Q2 2019
Letter from the president
Hello Neighbors,
I hope this message finds you healthy and happy!
My wife, two children, and I moved onto Tchefuncte Dr two years ago and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Moving into the area we knew immediately upon visiting the neighborhood that this is where we wanted to call home. CCCE is a lovely and vibrant neighborhood with an interesting past and an exciting future. I’m happy to have the opportunity to serve on the board and support my neighbors. As a member, I plan to continue the past efforts of the board to keep our neighborhood safe, beautiful, and thriving.
There are currently several projects ongoing throughout CCCE. Please attend our monthly meetings to discuss these matters and share your thoughts. One of our goals as board is to represent our association members and to facilitate communication with the Sewer and Water Boards and other related parties. Your participation and involvement in the association and the board meetings help us in these efforts.
Please consider becoming a member of the CCCE Owners Association by paying your dues for 2019!
Sincerely,
Seth Wells

Bring your children, a basket for collecting eggs and enjoy a fun day of crafts, games and snacks with your neighbors! Feel free to bring your lawn chair, a blanket or cooler to relax while the children play. We will be collecting canned goods for the Samaritan Center and ask that you bring one for each child participating in the egg hunt.
While its ok for everyone to drop in, it would be very helpful to have an accurate headcount for all children that will attend. For now there will be a couple of ways for you to RSVP. This event will be posted on the Events page on Nextdoor and an email from EventBrite will arrive to you soon. You may RSVP at either place.
